Accommodations:
Spacious 2 cabin layout with a large well-ventilated vee-berth (2 opening ports and a large overhead hatch), separate marine pump-out head with holding tank behind main bulkhead for privacy, 2 large settee/berths in main cabin (2 more opening ports), hinged dining table on bulkhead, galley slides under cockpit when not in use, teak & holly cabin sole, cabin and vee berth lighting, attractive upgraded upholstery. "Pop-top" for standing headroom in aft end of main cabin.
Engine: Evinrude 8hp long shaft
Sails: Spinnaker (like new), spinnaker pole and all gear, 150% mylar genoa (like new; cost $1500.00) dacron main, 100% jib and storm jibs (all excellent condition).
Trailer: Dual axle with surge brakes.
Performance Features:
Patented "Hydrokeel" wing keel for great upwind performance and stability (1100 pds), inboard jib sheeting for better pointing and clear side decks, long waterline length for a 23 ft boat (LWL: 20', 7.5"), backstay adjuster, solid/flexible boom-vang, tiller extender, hinged mast step for easier trailer launching, roomy cockpit, etc.
General:
Compass, depthsounder, knotmeter, VHF radio.
Two 2-speed self-tailing winches + 2 winch handles (one is self-locking);
high-tensile Danforth anchor, 200 feet rode, fenders and mooring lines;
marine holding tank.
Boat has been used only for day-sailing for the past 12 years, anti-fouled annually, been well-maintained and looks good!
