Hand-crafted custom Atkins ketch for sale. This very well constructed wooden boat sleeps 6 and was built as an offshore cruiser, for sale as-is, needs a little TLC & electrics. Surveyed by Blue Wave Marine Surveyors and appraised at $42,000; survey available on request.

Construction:
- Hull: Custom built yellow cedar strip planking using Epoxy sheathed in Dynel cloth; 1.75" x 1.5" ribs @ 10.5" centres.
- Deck: .75" plywood with fibreglas & resin
- Mast: New Douglas Fir mainmast, Spruce mizzen all other spars in good condition.
- Keel: shoal draft iron reinforced concrete
- Ballast: moveable lead ingots
Interior Layout:
- 2 cabin plus pilot house for comfortable live-aboard arrangement
- Open galley and main salon (table drops to make double berth and pull-out opposite)
- Head forward
- Ample storage in well ventilated cabinets.
Sails:
- Full set of 5 custom sails in good condition, 3 by Storch include:
- Dacron Mainsail with 3 reef points
- 2 Headsails including light Dacron genoa sail
- 2 Bronze winches for genoa sail, halyard winch for mizzen mast, needs mainsail winch
- 3/8" shrouds, 3/8" double forestays & backstays, 1/2" galvanized turnbuckles.
Engine:
- Nissan 50 hp 4 cylinder diesel marine engine, seawater cooled
- Borg-Warner gears to propeller shaft
- Mounts for minimum engine vibration.
- Fuel filtration system
- 16" Bronze 3-blade prop
- Two 40 gallon diesel tanks (approx 500 mile range)
- Two 12V batteries, 3-way switch, circuit breakers

- Three burner propane galley stove with oven.
- Large ice box with 3" foam isulation
- Stainless steel sink with saltwater foot pump and freshater hand pump.
- Marine head: Brydon-Boy toilet, hand-pump freshwater sink in head.
- 80 gallons fresh water in two separate fibreglass tanks
