Princecraft offers nine new models for 2018 in its DL series of dedicated fishing boats. The Amarok DL is available in three interior configurations; the BT tiller model, the SC side console model, and this WS dual console model equipped with a full height, full-width, black anodized three-piece windshield with curved, tempered glass and with a centre opening walk-through section.

All interior surfaces are covered with marine grade vinyl, including the pressure-treated wood flooring. Six floor seat bases are provided; four within the cockpit, plus one each on the bow and aft raised casting platforms. Two movable, folding, high-back, fully padded and upholstered seats with no-pinch hinges and with integrated headrests are provided standard. Deluxe folding seats and bicycle seats are optionally available.

Storage is provided in a large compartment within the floor of the raised bow casting platform. Also within this platform is a standard thirty-four inch, 16 (US) gallon, SportFlo electric filled, aerated livewell with overflow protection, anti-spill cover, and filter protection on the filling pump.

Moving aft, a cockpit in-floor lockable compartment provides dedicated storage and organizer for five rods. Rod holders are also provided on the port side of the inner cockpit side wall. Open storage is provided beneath both driver and passenger consoles as well as a storage shelf on the driver’s side plus within the top of the molded passenger console. A hinged lid is optionally available to convert this to a lockable “glove box.”

A port side storage compartment within the aft raised casting platform is dedicated to house the portable 45 litre (12 US gallons) gas tank and a similar compartment within this platform on the starboard side is dedicated to the outboard motor starting battery. A deep cycle battery storage compartment is also provided.

The molded driver’s helm console offers a dash panel with switches and indicator lights and a flat front surface to mount your choice of engine instrumentation plus a flat horizontal surface to the right of the panel on which to surface mount your choice of sonar and/or GPS graph. Factory recommended outboard power is a Mercury 60 or 75 ELPT FourStroke.

Other notable standard features of the new Princecraft Amarok DL WS include a galvanized, single axle bunk trailer with swing tongue, tongue jack, and LED lights. Also standard is the PrinceTrak gunwale extrusion allowing the attachment of a host of onboard tools and fishing accessories. Princecraft also provides factory-installed snap fasteners to accommodate current or future additions of camper or other canvas coverings. Also included are five cupholders, an emergency reboarding ladder, and a transducer mounting plate.

Notable factory available options include SeaStar hydraulic steering or Panther XPS power steering systems both of which include a tilt steering wheel plus a slider for the driver’s seat. You may also choose upgraded hull side graphics, a bow trolling motor plug, analog engine gauges, Active Trim, the automatic motor trim system, trailer upgrades, plus a 160 or 200 watt stereo system.

The list of Princecraft dealer-installed options is almost larger than the factory option list. Choose from three MotorGuide or from four Minn Kota trolling motors in 12 or 24-volt and ranging from 55 to 80 pounds of peak thrust. Bow seat cushions are available to enhance passenger cruising comfort while an RSP combo package provides a removable aft flip seat addition to mount on top of the aft casting platform to comfortably accommodate two additional passengers complete with a pair of cupholders centre-mounted between the two seats.

Adjustable black downrigger supports are available as dealer-installed options as is a telescopic stern boarding ladder, battery switch, livewell minnow bucket, an onboard ProSport battery charger for one or two batteries, a trailer cover, a Sun Top, a complete stand-up high top with tonneau cover, windshield connector and side curtains and with or without back extension. Also choose from four Lowrance and three Humminbird sonar graphs with or without GPS.

As Princecraft says of its new DL series, “They’re brand new, totally affordable, and, above all, as versatile and strong as ever!”
