The 80' Mystica is an extremely well built and luxuriously appointed yacht. She is a proven Alaska and around Vancouver Island Vet in the last three summers. Due to the owners demands of peaceful travel and comfortable over night sleeping at anchor, they have spent a considerable amount of time and money to make her quiet at rest. A full description of work completed is available. Over the past few years they have also upgraded and installed a whole new dash with electronics found on much larger yachts. A list of equipment is below. Not only is she a beautiful yacht, highly customized, extremely well maintained, but she has also benefited to being boathouse kept since new.

The extended sport deck is equipped with a hydraulic platform for easy launching and retrieval of the  Novurania tender. An additional Steelhead 800lbs capacity davit is cleverly hidden under the coaming on the starboard side of her boat deck. An extra bonus to the aft deck platform was a very cleverly designed rack that easily slides and holds two 3 person sea doos on the aft deck and you could have the tender up. There are lots of options to have extra toys on board, including kayaks, paddle boards etc.

If a new or used sky lounge motor yacht is on your wish list, then this vessel is a must see. She is duty paid into Canada. The boathouse is available for purchase or long term lease in North Vancouver in a very desirable location.

The enclosed sky lounge on this vessel may be her most desirable feature. It offers an all weather climate controlled location for the vessel's operation, navigation and management of ship's systems. It also provides a cozy retreat from the salon and galley below on her main deck. There is a comfortable L-shaped sectional and table opposite a built in, NEW hi-lo 42" Panasonic flat screen TV. The owners have custom built a small office desk into the aft cabinet/wet bar that provides working space for a lap top & scanner while staying in touch with your home base, but it easily slides away to be hidden if work is not your priority.

The sky lounges aft watertight door provides access to the teak covered boat deck where you have a hidden Steelhead 800lb tender crane. Currently this space is being utilized as a sun deck with an L-shaped seating area, large Force 10 Stainless steel barbecue and teak loungers.

Additional stairs from the boat deck to the aft deck & transom provide easy access up & down for your crew.

Amazingly, this is a five stateroom yacht, each with en-suite heads. There are three owner's staterooms forward and two "crew" staterooms aft. The crew staterooms are finished to a high standard and can easily be considered for guest accommodations.

Access to the owner's area is from the forward salon-down. There is a lovely foyer separating the three stateroom's entrances. The owner's stateroom is mid-ship and is a full beam stateroom with his & hers baths separated by a shared frameless glass shower enclosure. All cabinets are finished in Makore wood panels with Camphor burl accents.

The VIP Guest stateroom with island queen is forward and comes with it's own en-suite head & large stall shower.

Additional aft STATEROOM

Accessed from the salon or aft deck the Captains stateroom can easily double as a fourth guest area. It is finished to a very high standard and it features an island bed, en-suite wet head, opening port lites, separate audio visual equipment and decorative lighting.

Hull & Deck Hardware

This is an extremely well built vessel with solid fiberglass below water line with vinyl esther resin barrier coats. The bottom is finished with three coats of Gel shield and two coats of anti fouling paint. The hull is cored fiberglass above the water line.

The teak covered aft deck or California Deck is well set up for outdoor dining and entertaining. There is a large table that should comfortably seat 8 for lunch. A wet bar allows drinks to be prepared away from the galley. Outdoor speakers add to the atmosphere.

Two cockpit helm stations make slow speed maneuvering and docking stress free. A ICOM Command mike keeps you in touch. There are oversize bollards for mooring and two side deck gates and a collapsable set of stairs stowed out of sight until ready for use.

Further aft on the teak swim step is the 2014 Novurania tender with 30hp Evinrude E-Tech outboard motor that is launched and retrieved easily via the hydraulic tender lift. A watertight transom door allows sun bathing guests access to the aft head and shower or the crew access to their staterooms and engine room.
