General description

Monopoly 3 features 4 spacious staterooms and 4 heads forward, with an extra crew bunk room and head/shower in the aft of the boat. The salon, dinette, helm and galley have a great open layout that flows very well. Socially this is one of this best yachts in its class. There isn't separation from the helm or galley and the flybridge continues the theme of open entertaining. She features excellent walk around decks and a very safe feel once the aft boarding doors are closed. 

Salon

The salon is very open and has low, large windows for great views out. There is a pop up TV and lots of seating.

The galley and dinette are across from each other. The galley is well situated to look after the captain and guests while underway for your longer trips and perfectly positioned once anchored and enjoying everyones company.

This is one of my favourite spaces of any boat, but this is one of the best in its size. It has a very functional dining/conversation settee, large sunpad area (next to the helm, so it doesn't impede forward visibility) that conceals a large, built in hot tub.

Engine room and mechanical

Astondoa did a great job with this space. They positioned the generators in their own rooms as far aft as possible to reduce noise throughout the boat. You can work around the engines. The hot water tank has its own room and has easy access. All the AC units are in one spot and serviceable.
