ACCO/G4 5/16 Hi-Test Chain (200ft.) under the windlass in the starboard bow anchor locker.

- March 2002: Gas Systems Incorp. SS stove installed metering jets to convert to propane and thermostat for the oven ? two 11 lb. 1400-001T propane tanks installed in starboard locker. The locker is set up with an upper as well as lower vent. Installed new Trident/2 stage auto regulator valve which allows the shutoff of one tank for easy removal while continuing to use the other. All New propane hoses installed from the locker to the stove. Easy connect hose for magma grill which can be mounted on S/S rail.

- March 2003: Perkins 4-108 returned to TransAtlantic Diesel in Virginia for a overhauled short block. Engine ran on dynamometer and warranted. Installed at Hinckley Yachts in Stuart, FL in April. Engine at present has 400+ hours since overhaul. Throttle cable replaced when engine installed. Replaced starter (Spare starter on board)

A teak Edson hinged table located on the main pedestal. Teak wheel mounted on the pedestal. Webasto diesel heater to warm the main cabin and head areas.(March 2002). Fairclough Custom Winter Cover with frame. All portholes are bronze opening units with screens and curtains on the head and forward v-berth areas.
Ground Tackle, Etc.
LoFrans Progress I(foot controls on for deck) low profile windlass with 200 ft. of high test 5/16" chain(March 2002). A saltwater washdown pump for the bow anchors was installed (April 2002). A 35# CQR anchor on the bow roller with Danforth anchor on the bow pulpit are ready for use. Cockpit fully enclosed with double SS rail for added safety offshore. SS bow pulpit with double lifelines, port and starboard boarding gates, and a hinged transom boarding ladder. Outboard bracket mounted on the stern rail.
Sails / Rigging / Canvas
Cutter rigged with roller furling on genoa and staysail controlled from the cockpit. Hood 135% genoa headsail (May 2004) Hemlock green dodger and bimini(May 2001) with full enclosure(May 2002). Cruising spinnaker with furler.
Emon II Monitor battery control at the navigation station. High output altenator with 3 step regulator mounted above the engine. Four gel(27) batteries, starting battery at end of the pilot berth, 3 house gels located in the starboard locker. Heart 2000 watt inverter/charger. 50 watt solar panel provided with mounting provisions to Port or Starboard outboard the cockpit.
Brookes & Gatehouse - depth, speed, wind. Readouts are in the cockpit and repeaters above the pilot berth in the navigation station. Furuno Radar on the mast with readout in navigation station. Garmin GPS map 230 with pc cable for computer (July 2000). Omni Horizon VHF HX35QS (Sept. 1999).
To port is the U-shaped galley with stove 3-burners and oven. A microwave oven is located above the stove. The double SS sink has hot and cold pressure water. Hot water is provided through a new Isotemp 6 gal. water heater(March 2002). The refrigeration unit is an Alder-Barbour unit with a holding plate in the 8.0 cubic ft. ice box.
Entering the boat through the varnished hatch, to starboard is the navigation table with hinged top and storage underneath for charts. Icom SS band radio, and generous quarter berth with access to the engine area.
