CONSTRUCTION

•  One layer of fiberglass mat in Vinylester resin and six layers of fiberglass mat   and tri and bi-directional non- woven glass all hand laid
•  Hull above water line is cored with high-density PVC foam
•  Entire structure is vacuum bagged
•  Structural grid is bonded into the hull giving multi directional support and   strength
•  Bulkheads: tabbed and fiberglassed to the hull and deck
