CONSTRUCTION
- One layer of fiberglass mat in Vinylester resin and six layers of fiberglass mat and tri and bi-directional non- woven glass all hand laid
- Hull above water line is cored with high-density PVC foam
- Entire structure is vacuum bagged
- Structural grid is bonded into the hull giving multi directional support and strength
- Bulkheads: tabbed and fiberglassed to the hull and deck
- Hull deckjoint: inward oriented flange on the hull with the deck bonded and fastened
