Our 2005 Regal 3060 Window Express has been a great boat for overnighting and cruising. It has everything you would expect a boat of this size to include remote spotlight, windlass anchor system, trim tabs, bow pad, fresh and waste tank monitoring system etc. There is a well laid out cockpit with a circular settee which can be converted to a lounger, helm seat that swivels and an additional bench seat aft. As well a small prep area with bar sink and new cockpit fridge (2021).

Down below, there is large cabin window to allow for a lot of natural light and provide a bright interior. As well as a screen door to allow airflow at night without having to close the main door. Dinette forward converts to a berth for two and there is a large aft berth to sleep two comfortably. A full galley (cooktop, microwave and fridge) for preparing meals. There is a complete head with vacu flush toilet, medicine cabinet, sink and shower. The boat also has air conditioning and reverse heat keep you comfortable throughout the boating seaon. It is powered by twin 5.7 Volvo Penta's with approx. 780 hours and has a 5kw Kohler generator with 335 hours which is enclosed in sound shields. We will also include the trick davit system but it will have to be reinstalled on the swim platform. The previous owners had the new windows and screens installed in the camper top so I would consider the canvas in good condition.

• Drives serviced at haul out annually (Alternating drives for pressure testing and bearing/bellows inspection starboard, port and starbaord this year)
• Generator had 300 hours service, new coolant and anode. (2021)
• New gps VHF radio (2021)
• New Garmin GPSMAP 942xs with transducer (2021)
• 3 coats of interprotect 2000E Grey/White/Grey (2021)
• 1 coat of sharkwhite Interlux Micron CSC antifouling (2021)
• New dock lines port and starboard 4 lines (2021)

The reason for selling is we are looking to move up, this boat has proven to be dependable and provided some memorable and exciting times exploring Georgian bay and the Trent Severn waterway. The boat is out of the water for the season winterized by the marina and shrink wrapped.
