Designed by Doug Peterson and built in the United Kingdom at the original Jeremy Rogers yard, this is a light, extremely well built yacht and sails great on all points. She has cruised to Hawaii and back and extensively in British Columbia, including around Vancouver Island. Likely the only one in BC, she is offshore capable and makes a wonderful coastal cruiser and racer. Rigged for easy single handing, she had a major refit prior to sailing offshore.
Upgrades include a new teak deck; removable inner forestay and running backs; standing and running rigging; new sails; and an Aries wind vane. Includes furling jib, self‑tailing winches, rigid boom vang, and 7 sails (including 2 spinnakers and triple reefed main). Treylya offers a comfortable cabin with a reliable Dickinson Diesel Heater for those cool winter nights in a secluded anchorage. She’s equipped with full electronics, 4 x 6v golf cart batteries (house) and 12v starter battery, Heart Smart charger, oversized alternator, and flexible solar panel. A well maintained Volvo diesel and a 33lb stainless steel Bruce and about 70ft of chain complete the package. Hauled, painted and surveyed in December 2020.
