This Dufour 520 Grand Large is in pristine condition. She has been lovingly cared for, and cruised only in the PNW by owners who are now heading off on their next global adventure.
As the Dufour Dealers, we commissioned Ka Nani from new and have assisted with many of the upgrades and warranty maintenance as necessary. The owners have kept to a strict maintenance program (which is available to view) and it shows.
Ka Nani features a 3 cabin, 3 head layout with the signature Dufour galley forward of the salon. This creates a very large salon area in the beamiest part of the vessel. Cabinetry is in light Oak with grey Corian counter tops and a light Oak floor. The forward cabin is large with an Island queen bed. The en-suite head is split with a toilet and vanity in one compartment and a shower and vanity in a separate compartment. Dufour have the largest skylights in the industry and this allows for an abundance of natural light into the salon. The cockpit is spacious and extremely comfortable for the family. There is a built in BBQ (Plancha) and sink along the stern and when the large drop down transom is lowered makes for a lovely platform to prepare your outdoor meal from. Once again a fantastic signature feature by Dufour Yachts and don't forget about the wine cellar built into the sole, which holds 2 cases of wine plus additional provisions.
A few key upgrades and features to mention are: Full cockpit enclosure, dinghy and outboard, full suite of electronics including AIS, cell booster and Starlink, lithium batteries, extensive array of solar panels, inverter/charger, Hydronic Espar heat plus aux heat off the engine, and the list goes on.
