Hull - Corten steel, zinc coated inside & out, 1/8th" plate thickness deck to ballast box
Keel - Ballast box (keel) 1/4" plate thickness. Ballast material steel punchings set in asphalt
Chainplates - welded to hull in structural boxes keyed to frames
Bulkheads - Corten steel with 1/2" expanded polyurethane insulation throughout and wood cladding for additional sound insulation
Deck - Corten steel 18 gauge with zinc coating inside & out, with 1 1/2" expanded polyurethane foam and wood cladding - painted non-skid top surface
