Chris-Craft's Catalina 35 was one of the most popular double-cabin cruisers of the era. The solid fiberglass build quality of the day means many of these vintage boats remain in good condition long after more recent makes and models have come and gone. 

This 1980 model has only seen fresh water and has been stored indoors over the winter. The interior layout offers three single berths forward and a double bed berth aft. A sleeper sofa in the salon  can be pressed into service as well.  The well-equipped galley with full-size fridge is very spacious with great light from large windows. 

Above decks, an oversized canvas-enclosed command bridge with helm located forward, leaves plenty space for passengers to socialize. A large foredeck bench seat provides a comfortable place to enjoy the ride.

The air conditioning and heating is ducted to the aft cabin, salon and fwd cabin... and works very well.  

The Chris-Craft Marine engines are original equipment with 2053 hours.
 
The very special slip at the Gloucester Pool Resort Marina is in a garden like setting unlike normal 'parking lot' marinas.  Right by the slip is a 15' x 10' patio with storage and an excellent BBQ set up.   The marina fees are paid up through May 2026 and is transferable subject to marina confirmation. While being very seaworthy, the vessel is a super comfortable wide-beamed home and joined to a estate-like marina it is an excellent 'cottage alternative'. 

An out-or-water 2025 survey reports... "found to be a well constructed, appointed and comfortable vessel. The vessel is well-kept."

Generator has 1220 hours and works well.
