44 foot Hunter Deck Salon-DS (426) fresh water boat.  No corrosion anywhere Spacious, comfortable, reliable, great sailor.  Numerous factory options with many improvements and upgrades in technical, comfort and safety areas. A-  COMFORT FEATURES AND AMENITIES:

1. Main Cabin- The 14’ 6” beam on the boat provides a very spacious main cabin, with comfortable and roomy seating areas and large, expandable dining table.  The table can be lowered to make a queen sized bed. The main cabin has a large TV, Bose 123 stereo sound system and large windows with adjustable blinds. 6’6” standing room height, overhead hatch with rolling screen and blind.
2. Galley- Large, well laid out full Galley including separate, upright, stainless refrigerator and freezer, 3 burner gimbled gas stove with large oven, double sink with hot, cold and filtered water, many drawers and kitchen cabinets, providing extensive storage space for all cooking, food preparation and serving needs.
3. Forward “V” birth- roomy, private, comfortable bed, on-suite shower, head, sink, overhead hatch with rolling blind and screen. Many cabinets and drawers for storing and hanging clothes.
4. Aft master stateroom includes a king sized bed and lots of storage, with 3 hull poers and overheat windon-suite bath, shower and sink with electric Vacu-Flush head.

B -TECHNICAL SPECS, FEATURES AND UPGRADES:

1. Highly reliable “Yanmar” diesel engine 4JH3E, 4 cylinder, 56 HP with low engine hours 1,164 hours.  Only fresh water use, well maintained and in perfect order.
2. “Side Power” Bow Thruster. Factory installed, recently serviced and in perfect order.
3. VariProp 3 blade, fully adjustable pitch, auto feathering propellor for very low drag and high thrust output. Likely the best propellor around.  It is coupled with a “Spurs” automatic Rope Cutter in front of the propellor.  An excellent combo for performance and safety.
4.  5,000 watt max “Tripp Lite” inverter/Smart Charger combo.  Selectable output with 50 Amp/100 Amp and selectable battery type charger.
5. 250 AMP super heavy-duty alternator, with matching remote voltage regulator and extra large remote rectifier rated at 500 Amps .  The alternator is driven by an 8-groove serpentine belt and custom pulleys. ZERO belt wear and never over heat since installed.
6. Twin 2/0 AWG positive and negative cables between 250 Amp alternator to batteries.  Minimum voltage drop at max charging.
7. Spare 80 Amp alternator, pulleys and “V” belt, which were original equipment.
8. 500 Watts solar panels with 60 Amp MPPT solar charge controller.
9. Newly installed deep cycle batteries. Six 6-volt, 230AH each for total of 690 Amp- Hours capacity at 12 volt. Plus 2  12v sealed engine start batteries.
10. Large, clear Electrical energy information display, shows Amps, volts, watts, amp hours, watt hours and more, both in charging and discharging modes. Displays the battery state of charge and alternator/solar system status on a continual basis.
11. Electric anchor Windlass with 75 feet of chain and 250 feet of rode, connected to 28 KG CQR-Plow stainless steel anchor.  Also a spare Bruce-Claw anchor with chain and rode in the aft lazarette.
12. The cockpit is equipped with a Raymarine colour chart plotter, boat speed, depth, wind speed and direction instruments, compass and auto pilot. 
13. The boat also has a Raymarine radar integrated in the chart plotter and a second chart plotter in the main cabin’s Nav Station.
14. The boat has a dedicated space in a sound insulated compartment suitable for installing a future generator.  It is currently used for storage.
15. Dinghi- 11 foot, rigid bottom, aluminum, Canadian made dinghy with 15 HP, 4 stroke, electric start outboard engine. High capacity Dinghy Davit factory installed.
16. ICOM VHF Radio.  Automatic Engine compartment fire suppression system, with 4 additional fire extinguishers in key locations.
17. 12v florescent and LED lighting.  LED masthead anchor light.
