Condition The boat is in great condition with its high quality interior appointments in great condition. The wood cabinets, paneling, headliner, flooring and upholstery are all in excellent condition as well.
The engine room is clean with no odor of diesel fumes or fuel. The engine also looks clean and well maintained.
The exterior is way overdue for sanding, waxing and buffing which is the likely cause of the outer finish having superficial fine spider web like cracks along the deck and cockpit edges. I do not believe they are stress crack, but a certified surveyor would confirm the cause of them. The fully battened main sell is in good condition. The Genoa is in working order with no rips, but could use replacing in the near future.
The inflatable 8' Solstice dinghy with its Suzuki 3.5 HP 4-stroke engine fits nicely when placed horizontally on swim platform and is easy to pull and deploy from the stern.
6/18/19 alerted to lightning strike at the top of the 58' 8" mast which was even higher since the B473 is still on the hard. Trying to ascertain lightning damage. Most if not all of the electrical/electronics are fried: Radios, stereo, inverter, GPS, autopilot, etc. No showings at this time.
