Description

Meet "Mariner's Compass"...

The owners of this vessel worked with the builder, Forbes Cooper in 2005/6 when laying out the design and features of their custom Westcoast 46.  Built in British Columbia, the Westcoast 46 is popular tri-cabin design.  A single diesel with bow and stern thrusters make her an economical and manouverable cruiser for a couple.  Her accommodations comfortably sleep eight, when company arrives.  Her overall condition has presently surprised everyone that has come to see the boat, to date.  She is worth a look.

The owners have had Mariner's Compass diligently maintained.  She has also been under the watchful care of Cooper Boating, as she has been available for weekly charters.  Her current schedule has her booked for three weeks over the course of summer 2019.  Proceeds of the charter revenue go to whomever owns the boat at the time.

If you are seeking a clean boat, of a proven design, built in and for the PNW, with guaranteed revenue to off-set ownership costs, look no further.  You won't be disappointed.
