The Morelli & Melvin designed 35' Lagoon is a spacious and well designed cruising catamaran.  The vessel comprises of two queen cabins, two heads, and a spacious salon/galley combination. The cabin layout provides equal cabins and heads with great privacy and separation. The beam of the vessel has been kept modest at 15'9" which allows this cat to fit into many traditional slips.  There were 11 of these boats built in North America between 1995 & 1996 by the experienced yard of TPI composites.  This vessel started its life with 8 years in California and was relocated to the PNW in 2004 where it has been cruised and cared for by the second owners to date. The spacious and bright salon, full cockpit enclosure and hydronic diesel heating will make this a comfortable vessel for extended season Pacific Northwest cruising.

This is a great opportunity as catamaran options in our region and the 35' Lagoons do not come to the market often.  Note that this is a US built boat and therefore can be imported to the USA duty free.
