Black Magic III is a custom built Aluminum yacht that was built by a meticulous craftsman on Saltspring Island.� She was built with 5086 Aluminum plate and is powered by twin 420 HP Yanmar diesel engines.
Note Vessel is prewired for bow thruster
She was launched in 2006 although construction began in 1999

Layout is with the cable locker forward of a four person cockpit in the foredeck.
Aft is the forward trunk cabin with a companionway and ladder leading to the guest cabin.
A passageway on the port side leads aft past the large, enclosed head with a separate stall shower and to the owner?s stateroom
From the owner?s cabin there is a door leading to the tank room and a second door to the engine room
The port side a passageway continues past the washer and dryer. �
At the end of the passageway curved stairs lead up to the wheelhouse and salon.
The well equipped lower command station offers a 360 degree visibility is to starboard with the navigators station is midships.
The Salon offers a curved settee and table in the port aft quarter with the galley to starboard.
The main cabin door leads to a sheltered deck and down three steps to the boarding platform.
