This Cal 27 with a pop-top has been maintained by the owner. Many upgrades have been performed such as the electrical wiring. The main sail was replaced last year and the standing and running rigging and mast were serviced three years ago and components were replaced as needed. The seller states there are no leaks to the interior. The sailboat now sits on the hard for the winter. The bottom was painted with ablative bottom paint and the hull sides were waxed in November 2022.
