Description

1991 Argo Marine built aluminum work barge, non-propelled, recessed-deck cargo barge used for storing, transporting, and deploying containment booms. The F.R.H.C. No. 4 has a flat bottom with bow and aft rake, with no additional appendages. There is an aft rung ladder built into the transom, a bow ramp, port and starboard bulwarks, and an aft storage space. There are 4" deck drains built into the bulwark on the main deck: one forward of the storage space and one aft of the bow knee storage area, both port and starboard. The main deck is 18" ABL, the bulwark top is at 48" ABL, and the aft end deck is 60" ABL.
