Description
A great freshwater dayboat for the whole family! A solid fiberglass hull, with low hours on her dependable Mercruiser engine and stern drive, full hull graphics and a tandem axle road trailer.
Current Location: (Chatham, ON)
The Rinker 282 Captiva Cuddy incorporates a unique aft-facing bench seat into the transom. She is notable for her efficiency of operation and good open-water performance.
Rinker has always delivered a lot of boat for the money, and the Captiva’s stepped, deep-V hull allows her to handle an offshore chop better than most big runabouts. Hull construction is solid fiberglass, and her 9-foot beam permits a fairly roomy deck plan with comfortable seating for eight.
The high points of the Captiva Cuddy are her practical deck plan and impressive list of standard equipment. The rear-facing transom seat will be a hit with swimmers, and the cockpit seating is configured so that all passengers can face forward.
Below, the compact cuddy has a V-berth, hanging locker, and an enclosed head with opening port.
A transom shower, cockpit galley, and extended swim platform are standard.
