Description

The Sea Ray 400 is an oustanding boat. Fibreglass arch with overhead lighting and classic Sundancer layout and styling, this vessel is certainly worthy of a closer look! The cockpit is a Captain's dream with an oversized  swivel/sliding helm chair with bolsters and a lovely step down circular lounging area behind that features a large dining table are with fold out leaves. A cockpit fridge with wet bar style sink and a 32" flat screen TV make for a very comfortable passenger entertaining or dining area! Storage space is abundant.
    Some of the standard features of the boat include the power engine hatch into a very large and well kept engine room. The boat also boasts a Lofran windlass, a Westerbeke generator , joystick  bow thruster, large fender stowage in the transom locker off the oversize swim platform.
All canvas is in very good shape and this vessel has been kept in a covered slip since purchased.
    Below deck is designed to relax and enjoy. The main salon and trim features rich wood througout . The forward stateroom has a full sized semi island bed with walk ups from either side. There is plenty of storage space with drawers and hanging closets, screened porthole windows and deck sky vents. Air conditioning and heating for those hot summer nights or chilly fall days round out your climate control. Just outside the stateroom you will find behind a door, a full 3 piece head with a seperate stand up full shower feturing a fibreglass shower with a circular door and seat.
      The mid stateroom has an ideal conversation area when the privacy door is open. The circular couch area with it's subtle but ample soft lighting has a nice oval, moveable  wooden table for down below eating. Remove the table and conert the sofa to a bed for  an additional passenger bed. The mid ship conversation are has a flat screen TV, Clarion stereo (speakers throughout the boat) and a six disc CD player. The galley area features a a well appointed kitchen with a 3 burner electric stove top, a full size refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and microwave oven along with plenty of counter space and sink area. There is ample cupboard storage space in the galley as well.  Under the floors in the main salon, you will find 4 large storage compartments for fenders, tools etc and one compartment containing all bilge, sump and freshwater pumps.
     Heading into the spotless engine compartment , you will find a large space that accomodates twin CAT 3116TA Diesel engines, the Westerbeke l.6KW generator with only 350 hrs.   There is a Reverso Electric Oil Change system installed for easy oil changes on both engines.. The engine room houses the battery banks including a Lithium battery for the installed solar system and inverter system as well as the onboard fire suppression system.
The fuel tanks carry approx 355 gallons and the freshwater tank  will hold 100 gallons.
