BoatDealers.ca was launched in 2001 providing boat buyers and sellers of boats with a website of highly relevant content, innovative design, and simplicity of use. Since then it has grown to be the largest boat for sale website in Canada. In June 2009, Digital Era Media Inc. (DEM) took over production of BoatDealers.ca pushing the bar of innovation and service for the Canadian Boating Industry.

In May 2014, DEM launched the current version of BoatDealers.ca setting a new standard for all boat for sale websites. Boasting the latest web technologies, upgraded server farm, and cutting edge interface BoatDealers.ca provides boaters an unparalleled experience when shopping for their next vessel.

BoatDealers.ca is dedicated to supporting the Canadian Marine industry and has established partnerships that include Boating Ontairo, Boating BC, Discover Boating Canada, Canadian Safe Boating Council, NMMA Canada, Toronto International Boat Show, and Vancouver International Boat Show.
