Description

Wahoo is a semi-custom cold-moulded planing sportboat from the drafting boards of Dibley Marine and Steve Dalzell of Landing School.
PHRF-LO is 103 (flying sails) so it's clear that this is a very quick boat. But it also has a perfect daysailing cockpit for lots of crew.
The Landing School 30 (LS 30) represents a sophisticated intersection of educational craftsmanship and contemporary performance yacht design.
Conceived by New Zealand designer Kevin Dibley and built by students of the renowned Landing School in Maine, the boat was engineered to bridge the gap between a high performance sport boat and a manageable daysailer.
Since its introduction in 2009 the LS 30 has served as a flagship project for the school's boatbuilding program, showcasing advanced construction techniques, including vacuumbagged composites, carbon fibre reinforcement and CNC-cut components.
The design focuses on a low-drag, high stability philosophy, utilizing a slim hull form and a deep bulb keel to provide a stiff, responsive platform that appeals to competitive club racers and discerning coastal sailors alike. And - it's primarily "legs-in" crew hiking.
