The Niagara 35 is a proven blue water sailboat. It is stable, forgiving, and handles well in heavy weather and big seas. Its unique interior layout makes it comfortable for cruising and for living aboard. Inquieta (IN-KYAY-TAH) is set up for singlehandling. She is well equipped and has been well maintained. She is moored at the LaHave River Yacht Club in West LaHave, Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia, ready for inspection.

Construction:

Blue fiberglass hull; white fiberglass non-skid decks; white cove stripe; white boot top; long fin keel; balanced spade rudder; bow and stern pulpits; double lifelines with two gates; six opening hatches; fixed and opening ports (replaced 2008); wheel steering; emergency tiller; dodger and bimini.

Accommodations:

This yacht sleeps four to six comfortably.

Forward is a sail bin, work bench, seat and lockers. The main salon has settee berth to port and a settee to starboard which can be pulled out for a double berth, drop-leaf table; port double quarter berth and starboard single quarter berth in aft cabin.

To starboard is the head w/marine toilet with overboard discharge and holding tank; vanity, sink and shower. New thru hulls (2023). Head is accessible from aft cabin or main salon.

The galley is to port and is equipped with double stainless steel sink ( new thru hull 2023); top load ice box; three burner propane stove w/oven (replaced 2025) and propane system upgraded to ABYC specs at same time; 80 gallon water capacity; hot and cold pressure water.

Chart table aft to starboard at the foot of the companionway.
