LIFE ABOARD

Boarding Folie Deux from the oversized integral swim platform, with five staple rails providing secure access, leads into a large teak-finished cockpit. Protected by the extended boat deck overhead, this is a superb outdoor living space, featuring a beautiful fixed cherry table with built-in settee and additional loose seating. It is equally suited to casual breakfasts, long lunches or evening cocktails.

Wing doors on both side decks provide protection from the elements, while wide, secure walk-around side decks make moving forward straightforward and comfortable. Midship boarding gates on both sides provide convenient access from the dock.

Forward, the Portuguese bridge provides additional protected space, built-in storage and convenient docking controls. The spacious foredeck accommodates the tender, kayaks and cruising gear, with a raised anchor platform and substantial ground tackle.

MAIN SALON

The main salon is one of Folie Deux's most inviting spaces. Entering through the stainless-steel framed sliding doors, the combination of rich cherry joinery, maple and cherry inlay flooring, large windows and carefully selected furnishings creates the feeling of a luxurious waterfront condominium.

Two barrel chairs are positioned to port, while a large sofa occupies the starboard side. Forward, extensive cabinetry provides storage along with bookshelves, wine storage and entertainment equipment.

A distinctive French Godin diesel parlour stove provides both warmth and character, creating a particularly comfortable atmosphere on cooler evenings. Large salon windows provide excellent sightlines and flood the interior with natural light.

GALLEY & DINING

Forward of the salon, a convenient day head is positioned to starboard. Two steps lead into the expansive galley and dining area, where the large U-shaped galley stretches forward and to port.

The galley is exceptionally well equipped for extended cruising and serious meal preparation, with a Miele oven, Bosch LPG cooktop, GE Profile refrigerator/freezer and microwave, Frigidaire dishwasher, U-Line wine refrigerator and extensive storage.

Opposite, the large curved dining settee and table sit beneath five forward-facing windows, creating a bright and exceptionally pleasant dining environment. Beneath and behind the seating is substantial storage, while doors on both sides provide convenient access to the side decks.

A starboard wing docking station at the Portuguese bridge provides excellent visibility when maneuvering in tight quarters.

SKYLOUNGE & HELM

The enclosed upper Skylounge is one of the defining features of the President Legend 680.

Reached by a dedicated stairway from the galley, the Skylounge places the primary helm directly on centerline, with two Stidd helm chairs for captain and mate. The elevated position provides excellent visibility and makes this an ideal command centre when underway.

A raised aft settee with sliding table gives guests a comfortable place to enjoy the panoramic views while underway. To starboard is a well-appointed wet bar with granite countertop, sink and refrigerator.

Side doors provide direct access to both side decks and the second set of wing docking controls. Aft access leads directly to the boat deck.

The Skylounge is air conditioned and can serve equally well as a comfortable underway observation area, a quiet retreat at anchor or an additional entertaining space.

BOAT DECK & TENDER

The expansive boat deck provides excellent additional outdoor living space and convenient tender handling.

A 2011 Boston Whaler 15' Montauk with 90 HP Yamaha outboard is carried athwartship on dedicated chocks and is easily launched and retrieved using the Steelhead SM2000R power-rotation davit crane.

A large stainless-steel propane BBQ is positioned forward of the crane, while a built-in Gaggenau electric grill station provides another option for outdoor cooking.

OWNER & GUEST ACCOMMODATIONS

Below decks, Folie Deux offers a highly comfortable three-stateroom arrangement.

MASTER STATEROOM

The full-width master stateroom is positioned amidships and features an island king berth, beautiful custom woodwork and exceptional storage.

Custom details include wood valances, an overhead compass rose artwork feature, built-in cabinetry, nine lockers, 26 storage drawers and a walk-in closet. Three opening portlights provide natural ventilation, while a built-in dressing seat is positioned along the port side.

The ensuite master head features double sinks, electric toilet and an oversized separate stall shower.

VIP STATEROOM

The forward VIP stateroom features a centerline queen berth, screened skylight hatches, hanging locker and generous drawer storage.

GUEST STATEROOM / OFFICE

The second guest stateroom features two stacked single berths, a desk and the yacht's laundry facilities. Pocket privacy doors open into the large forward foyer, allowing this cabin to function particularly well as a private office or additional guest accommodation.

The forward guest head features a separate stall shower and is conveniently accessed from the foyer.

CREW & UTILITY AREA

A watertight stern access door from the swim platform provides access to the crew and utility areas, with additional access via the aft deck hatch.

The crew area includes twin bunks, a crew head, extensive built-in cabinetry, tool storage and dedicated workspace. The crew head currently houses a chest freezer.  No Crew? How about a separate area for the grandkids!

The engine room is exceptionally clean and well organized, with nearly six feet of headroom and excellent access to the engines, generator, systems and service points.
