After purchasing water front property this spring we have made the decision to sell our beloved 2005 Cruisers 405 motor yacht. Originally purchased by us in 2024 to do the Great Loop. Our Loop is on hold for now so it didn’t make much sense to keep. All freshwater, she lived her life in a covered slip in Vermont, then Montreal and now Georgian Bay. Covered slip at Queens Cove Marina in Victoria Harbor has been paid for the 2026 season. This boat is in exceptional condition, very clean with many upgrades. Great boat for long distance cruising given its excellent mileage at cruising speeds.
She is powered by twin Volvo TAMD 74 diesel turbo charged engines with very low hours (640 hours). All new running gear including shafts & props in 2022. 11 kW Cummins Onan Quiet Diesel (QD) marine generator with around 400 hours. This boat is equipped with both bow & stern thrusters, making maneuvering around the docks a breeze. New house batteries and new bow & stern thruster batteries were installed last year and 2 new cranking batteries were just installed last week . A new 25 KG Rocna anchor and 200ft of G43 chain installed 2024. New anchor washdown hose & pump installed 2024. 100' shore power 120/240/ 50 amp cord with cable master retrieval. Reverse oil change system for both engines & generator. External propane tank enclosure on swim platform.
Amenities on this boat include: 2 staterooms with master aft cab design. Two washrooms with separate showers. Full size galley refrigerator. Pull out couch. Washer/dryer combo. 3 AC heat units, Alpine stereo, central vac, 42” Samsung TV in master stateroom and another in cockpit on fold down mount. 16” tv in guest stateroom. Original TV in galley was converted to accept USB and firestick. I know you can only watch one at a time but yes, this boat has 4 TVs. All new curtains and blinds in spring of 2024. Hard top with operating skylights. Updated LED lighting throughout.
The dash was rebuilt to accommodate all new Garmin electronics spring of 2024 - this includes new Garmin chartplotter, radar dome, auto pilot. New RayMarine high end VHF radio and updated switching.  A 12V power outlet was installed at the starboard skylight to power Starlink mini (not included).
Many upgrades over the past two years also include all new canvas including bow pad cover (2024), new cockpit refrigerator (2024), new Fiamm stainless horns (to be installed).
