2006 Rinker 342 Fiesta Vee with a Bow Thruster

LOA 37’, Beam 12’, Dry Weight 14,500lbs.

This boat is in great condition, very clean and ready for cruising and spending time at anchor or on the dock.   We are the second owners of this boat, and have set it up to accommodate our family of four spending extended periods of time out on Georgian Bay and the North Channel.   The original owner purchased the boat in Niagara, so it has always been the Great Lakes / fresh water.

This is a well powered and stable boat that that features lots of storage, great seating arrangements, sleeping accommodations for 6, easy bow access via the walk through windshield or secure walk around and a large swim platform and a newly installed bow thruster

The boat is very clean and well maintained inside and out and mechanically.  When you see the boat in person, the pride in ownership from day 1 is evident.  

Some standout features of this boat include:

Twin MerCruiser 350 MAG MPI’s with Bravo Three duo prop drives.  The boat hops up on plane without hesitation when fully loaded with fuel, water and weekend gear. The trim tabs work great for adjusting the bow rise and keeping the boat level from side to side.

Recently installed bow thruster with dedicated battery and Xantrax charger (Bluetooth).  This boat handles great in tight spaces and does not “need” a bow thruster.  But, this boat with a bow thruster is amazingly nimble around the docks and in tight spaces. The thruster allows you to dock bow in, or stern in with confidence and amazing control in any winds or current.

3-100 watt (300 watts total) solar panels, with Victron Smartsolar 100/30 solar charge controller with  Bluetooth.  The charge controller was oversized to allow for more panels if ever needed.  Two starting batteries and a 110amp hour house battery bank, with a Xantrax Bluetooth battery monitor.  This system has been perfect for keeping our batteries topped up and fridges cold during long stays at anchor. 

5kw onboard generator with very low hours is great for running the air conditioning / heater, making coffee in the morning or using the galley stove. 

Two shore power plug in locations.  One on the forward deck and the other on the stern.  This allows flexibility for connecting to shore power and minimizing the length of cable you use. 

Fully enclosed stand up shower. This is a big plus and the 342 is the only cruiser under 40’ to have this feature.  

Sony Stereo with 6 new Polk audio speakers and BT wireless receiver featuring a 200’ range. 

Recently installed Garmin chart plotter, and new VHF radio.

Recently installed vinyl flooring in the cabin and sea grass lay in carpets in the cockpit. 

Vinyl seats, bimini top, roll-up side curtains isinglass and screens are all in good condition.

Dingy caddy hold your dinghy high and dry while under way, and drops down to open up space on the swim platform, and becomes a swim ladder.  The dinghy is not included.
