Description

The C&C 27 Mark V is a high-performance, masthead sloop racer-cruiser introduced in 1984. Unlike earlier C&C 27 models, the Mark V is a completely redesigned, lighter, and faster boat optimized for both racing and cruising.  Price is negotiable.  Includes folding cradle for winter storage.  No spinnaker. 

• Headroom:5' 8" to 5' 10"
• Berths: Sleeps 4 to 5 (V-berth forward, fold-out settee, and aft quarter berth)
• Galley: Starboard-side layout with a 2-burner propane stove, icebox, and sink

Located at Dalhouise Yacht Club in Port Dalhouise St. Catharines.  The boat is in good condition, however the main is original, and the self-furling  Geneo is probably 10 year old.  The boat is easy to single handle, and great for cruising.  You would need new sails to race it.
