Harris refers to its Sunliner series as its “Classic” series and is available in three model lengths; the 210, 230, and the 250. At twenty-three feet, the Sunliner 230, as with the other two lengths, is available in four basic floorplan layouts; CW (Centre Walkthrough), CWDH (Centre Walkthrough with Dual Helm Seats), CWEB (Centre Walkthrough with Portside Bar), and SL (Single Rear Facing Lounger).

All four floorplans offer identical helms and bow seating areas. This bow area features facing three-person plush contoured lounging couches with storage beneath the cushions. All couches have rotocast bases, fold-down armrests, and recessed drinkholders with a smartphone holder in behind.

The molded helm is provided with a Lux low-back reclining helm chair, tilt steering, removable windscreen, lockable glovebox, and storage within the console. Chrome-rimmed analog gauges include speedometer, tachometer, hour, trim, and fuel level. A Fusion stereo is standard as is a 12-volt outlet.

The CW floorplan provides a three-person lounging couch aft of the helm chair and a similar four-person couch on the port side aft of the centre entry gate. The CWDH floorplan is identical to the CW floorplan on the starboard side, and on the port side offers an identical helm chair opposite the driver’s helm chair and a three-person couch aft of that.

The CWEB floorplan is identical to the first two on the starboard side and on the port side is an entertaining-friendly bar table complete with four floor-mounted height-adjustable padded swivel stools plus an aft storage container. The SL floorplan is completely different in that the entire port side and across the stern is one large L-shaped lounge complete with aft-facing seating and double-wide sunpad.

A pair of 25-inch diameter tubes with full-length keels come standard on the Sunliner 230 as does a ten-foot bimini top, docking lights, mooring cover, stainless steel four-step stern boarding ladder, woodgrain table, plus Desert Beige Seagrass flooring throughout.

From the above basic floorplans and standard equipment, there are literally dozens of single and packaged optional upgrades from which to choose. Choose from seven fence colours, five accent colours, six interior colour combinations with or without pillow-top upholstering, a graphics package, and a Black Edition. Choose your Main and Rear flooring options from many choices of vinyl, Seagrass, or Woven Teak.

Three Performance enhancing packages are available which progressively add a partial-length 25-inch centre tube, a full-length 25-inch centre tube, or three 27-inch tubes, while progressively adding several performance and equipment upgrades plus a ski tow bar, GPS speedometer, and in-floor storage. Fuel tank size increases progressively as does maximum horsepower rating up to 200 from your choice of Honda or Mercury.

Two levels of Pilot Assistance packages progressively add an adjustable height helm chair, Simrad GO5 chartplotter, raised helm, and mid-ship mooring eyes. A Convenience Package adds upgraded steering wheel, portable cupholder, quick-release fender clips, flip-up cleats, cooler bag, and kick plates. A Premier Trim package includes the convenience package and all Select Trim features and adds a 13-inch extended swim platform. An Interior Lighting package provides LED lighted cupholders and seat base rope lighting.

Many of the items included in the packages are available as individual options. Depending on your choice of fence colour, you may change your canvas colour from the standard black to blue, red, or tan. You may upgrade to a powered bimini with LED lighting, a double bimini with or without full enclosure, or a twelve-foot bimini. Seat covers are also available.

The helm seat may be upgraded to Ultralux high-back recliner with or without flip-up forward bolster. You may also want a digital depthsounder, Lowrance Hook 2-4X fishfinder, rear view mirror, power assist and/or hydraulic or Xtreme steering, Mercury® Active Trim, dual batteries, and a battery charger.

Two levels of stereo upgrades are available as is a change room with or without a porta-potti, courtesy lighting, stainless steel cupholders, and a fence-mounted stainless steel grill.

With all of these choices, no two Harris Sunliners will ever be identical and you will be able to build yours exactly to your liking to be able to enjoy your boating exactly the way you like it.
